We focus on incorporating primarily fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Our meal kits include pre-portioned ingredients to make it simpler for our customers to quickly create a diabetic-friendly meal. While our meals are curated with a focus on being chronic disease friendly, they are also great for anyone wanting to improve their overall nutrition, increase consumption of fresh fruits & vegetables, try new recipes, or merely have the convenience of a meal kit!

We believe that produce grown using organic, regenerative practices should be available to everyone, regardless of income demographics.
