Food Leads is partnering with Produce Perks Midwest to offer our meal kits to neighbors who meet eligibility criteria for the TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families) program.
Eligible families will receive a meal kit delivered to their home every week for 16 weeks.
Food Leads meal kits are diabetic friendly, heart healthy, and flavorful! While our meals focus on being chronic disease friendly, they are also great for anyone wanting to improve their overall nutrition, increase consumption of fresh fruits & vegetables, try new recipes, or merely have the convenience of a meal kit!
Each meal kit contains enough servings to feed a family of 4.
